"Seems legit from my order"
I grabbed a pair of shoes and a deck from skatewarehouse.com, and at least with what I got, everything looked legit. Tags and packaging seemed right, no weird stuff that I could tell. I’ve been skating the deck for about a week now and it feels how it should, so no complaints. Can’t really speak for every item or anything, but my order was solid and I’d probably buy from them again.

"I’ve bought a few things from here..."
I’ve bought a few things from here over time, mostly because it’s easy to find what I need and I haven’t had any weird checkout issues. My last order was for wheels, and when I got to the payment screen I realized I had some loyalty points sitting there, so I used them and got a few bucks knocked off. Nothing complicated or annoying, which I appreciated. It’s a small thing, but nice.

"Got the wrong shoes after ordering"
I ordered a pair of skate shoes in my usual size, but when they showed up, they were the wrong color and a half size off. Shipping itself was fine, but the order accuracy was disappointing. I had to email them and wait for a response, which was annoying. once I’d already paid and then opened the box to the wrong item, it made me a little hesitant to trust ordering from them again

Skatewarehouse was totally fine in my experience, but the delivery side was a little frustrating. The carrier kept changing the delivery date, so it was hard to know when it was actually going to show up.

I ordered a complete from skatewarehouse.com and it came put together really well. The grip was lined up clean, the trucks were tightened down, and nothing felt thrown together. Since the wheels were spinning fine right out of the box, I didn’t really have to adjust much before skating it. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up

"It works, but I feel dumb for trusting it"
I did eventually find what I needed, but the whole site felt clunky and slow. The filters were annoying to use, pages took longer than they should, and checkout was just okay. Nothing totally broke, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. i feel kind of stupid for trusting the site to be easier than it was.

"Grip tape was kinda sloppy"
I ordered a deck from skatewarehouse.com and had them apply the grip for me. Shipping was actually totally fine and the board got here quick, so no complaints there. But the grip tape job was a little annoying. It was slightly crooked on one side, and there was a small bubble near the tail that I had to deal with myself. Like, yeah, it’s still rideable and it’s not the end of the world, but if I’m paying to have it done, I kind of expect it to look cleaner than that.

I ordered a few skate parts from Skate Warehouse and the parts were totally fine. The site was easy enough to use, everything showed up like it was supposed to, and I didn’t have any problems with the actual order.
The annoying part was the shipping cost. For a small order, it felt high and kind of killed the deal. Now I feel like I have to do extra work adding stuff to my cart or waiting until I need more just to make the shipping feel worth it. I’d probably shop there again, but not for just a couple small things

I’m a little confused because I thought I checked the size chart before ordering, or maybe I looked at it after, but either way the shoes ended up feeling too small. I went with the size I normally wear, and the chart didn’t really help much. They’re cute, but the sizing just felt off to me.

Hm, it actually looks pretty legit. i would just give them a call and ask them specific questions about what it is you want - see how they respond to you. if there's a brand you're looking for, you could call up the main headquarters and ask if skatewarehouse is an authorized dealer.
